Find someone's phone number?

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to retrieve someone's phone number.
Let me explain, a few years ago I had the mobile number of the person I am looking for today, but I deleted it.
I wanted to know if it was possible to do this through the operator, considering that I haven't changed in the meantime (by recovering old texts or something, I don't know).

the operator will not give you any phone number, your only option is the directory or mutual acquaintances, sorry
