I don’t see anything illegal I have written and hence I question whether this is a scam or spam...
I reported it on Messenger and am awaiting analysis but I don’t know if I can block the message.

This is SPAM, but at the same time, a phishing site that wants to steal your personal information.

Marking as resolved does not help any less; on the contrary, if you type Resolved for an issue into a search engine, you will more often find resolved topics.
