BTV not working

Hello,

My PC is running Linux 22.1. For some time now, the "BTV" and "Orange TV" applications have not been working on Firefox, while they work perfectly on Chrome or Vivaldi. The message "the connected customer account is not authorized to access this service. [PLA6001]."
How can I fix this issue? Thank you.

    Hello,

    I suppose this is about Linux Mint, but it's strange.

    I don't use it, but I believe that in order to access btv or Orange TV, you must be a customer of these operators, both of them, right?

    This would explain why you're getting kicked out if you're not, but it would then be the case with all browsers.
