Hello.
Check if you have the latest version of Instagram.
Check if your internet connection is good.
Check if it's the same on a computer and web browser.
If it's the same:
Clear the cache of the Instagram app; if that has no effect, delete the data of the Instagram app.
This may also stem from an issue directly from Instagram, and in that case, all you can do is wait for Instagram to resolve it.
