on macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6 / with Safari version 13.1.2

The tax office refuses to open my declaration and requests one of these browsers:

Mac OS X 10: Chrome 130, 131, 132 and later – Firefox 124, 125, 126 and later – Edge 129, 130, 131 and later – Safari 18.0, 18.1, 18.2 and later, Opera 115 and later

Is installation possible?? and how to do it??

    Hello.

Your version of Safari is too old; the new versions are incompatible with the version of MacOS, try to see if the ESR (Extended Support Release) version of Firefox is compatible.
