Why does my keyboard randomly stop typing letters but still

Bonjour,
I’ve run into a weird issue: sometimes my keyboard suddenly stops typing regular letters (like A–Z), but it still allows shortcut keys like Ctrl+C, Alt+Tab, etc. The keyboard isn't physically damaged, and restarting sometimes fixes it — but not always.

Has anyone experienced this? Could it be a driver issue, background app conflict, or something else entirely? I’d love to hear any ideas or similar cases you’ve solved.
