Kmeet audio/camera issues me-others

Hello

When I'm at my parents' house who have Sosh, Kmeet doesn't work. All the microphones and cameras of the participants (the others) appear to be off, I can't hear anything and can't see the others and they can't hear me.

I tried changing the browser (Firefox/Google Mozilla...) switching to private browsing. I deleted the cookies, emptied the cache, disabled AVG my antivirus-firewall.

When I connect at home everything works (the computer is the same). I also tried with my mother's computer and it does the same thing. When I'm at my parents' it doesn't work (I'm near Paris, they are in Yvelines). My connection appears to be "bad" for me when I look on Kmeet (in red) and good (in green for the others). My parents are with Sosh and I'm with Free, could it be due to the operator? How can I solve the problem please to be able to do video calls. I can't impose on the organizer to switch to another link just for me because there are many of us.

The camera and microphone are allowed. I don't know how to solve the problem.

Could you please help me?

Thank you
Thank you

I said it, I don't know this software and I don't intend to install it just for that.

I repeat that there is an obstacle on the road to the WEB, which prevents leaving the house... An unauthorized IP... a port that is not open...

Or a Wi-Fi that doesn't connect, the key being different from yours...

Connect using an Ethernet cable, directly behind the BOX and there won't be this Wi-Fi key problem... that would eliminate one issue.

Hello,

I don't know your application (under Windows, I assume...?) However, I imagine it's a transmission issue over the WEB...

There may be ports to allow, on the router level... The firewall on the Windows PC... A different IP number, in case of static IP...? An ad blocker

Connection via ADSL... Fiber... Smartphone sharing..??

Hello

This is about this app

https://www.infomaniak.com/fr/ksuite/kmeet

The organizer of the video call creates a link and without downloading the app, you just click on the link to participate in the video call. At home, using Free, it works, but at my parents' house, who are with Sosh, the link doesn't work at all.

I connect via Orange fiber. I don't know how to share smartphone data. There is no ad blocker on my PC.

Even by downloading the app, I can't connect. The same on my phone, it doesn't work. I can't figure out the source of the problem, what should I do? Thank you
