Transferring paid apps from your phone to a tablet?

I have been paying for a service of an app where I read books online for a few weeks. I downloaded this app on my mobile phone unfortunately, but I would like to be able to read on my tablet.

Should I reinstall it on my tablet and pay for this app a second time? Are there other ways to do it without paying again?

    Good evening, you don't have to pay again, you just download it and log in with the account that has already paid.

    Just one question, did you get it from the Google Play Store?

    So it is linked to your Google account, you can even go to the Play Store from your tablet and you should have a tab where you can see the apps you have already installed on your smartphone.
