BDS 360 soundbar subwoofer not working anymore.

Hello,

I bought this soundbar about 2 years ago ( endenwood BDS 360 ref: 963891).

For the past 6 months, the subwoofer has only been working intermittently; I would unplug it at night and plug it back in the next day, and it would work for about 2/3 days. But for the past week, it has stopped working altogether. The orange light at the back stays on and turns off when I turn off the soundbar, so I deduce that it is powered correctly, but I'm not very knowledgeable in this area...

Having contacted several repairers, nobody wants to even take a look at what's wrong.

If anyone has had this issue before, I would greatly appreciate any help.

    Is the casing not too far from the bar?

    Even though the indicator at the back of the casing is lit, I invite you to restart a manual pairing procedure.

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
