Non-receipt of email from Castorama

Hello, We are not receiving the password reset emails for our Castorama account. After a phone call to Castorama's customer service and them sending several emails to reset the password, these do not "land" in the inbox. Could you tell me if you think this is coming from their site? I just reset the password for CCM and it happened in a few seconds!!! I also checked the "spam and junk" folders.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do here if Castorama does not send the code in question. In this context, the only viable option is to discuss this with them.

In the event that you have multiple email accounts (hypothetically...), are you sure you are in the right inbox and using the email address that was used at the time of account creation with Castorama?
