Ink light on after cartridge replacement

Hello,

I just replaced the ink cartridges of my Epson XP 2200 printer for the first time. The ink light remains on even though these are original cartridges.

I should mention that the printer has not been used during my absence of two and a half months.

What should I do? Thank you for your responses.

    Hello.

    You need to hand over your printer to a technician so that he can gently clean the contact surface between the paper and the ink, which has dried.

    Retirement is great! Especially in the Caribbean...
