Hello,
I am unable to properly install my new HP Deskjet 2822e printer on my Windows 7 PC. The printer is added, but it only produces copies and does not print documents from the PC. Where does the problem come from and what should I do?

Hello,
There are no drivers for Windows 7, which is why your daughter is silent.
Consider upgrading to Windows 10, or maybe try the Windows 8 driver just in case?
