Crash Windows en éteignant l'écran (DisplayPort)

Bonjour, j'ai récemment changé de GPU et sur mon nouveau setup j'ai du passer d'une config DVI + HDMI à un double DisplayPort tout en conservant mes deux écrans initiaux.
Depuis que j'ai changé mon matériel, régulièrement après avoir éteint mes écrans, lorsque je les rallume Windows crash et le ou les écrans indiquent "pas de signal", le pc ne s'éteint pas mais rien ne fonctionne et il faut faire un hard reboot.
Je suis sur Windows 11, à priori tous les drivers sont à jour.
Il y a eu des fichiers DMP après certains crashs dont voici le résumé :

La coupable est sans doute la carte graphique, c'est quoi ? Les AMD sont connues pour être susceptibles à la sortie de veille. Sur les cartes graphiques récentes il faut pas éteindre les écrans, cela force la mise en veille de la carte et ce n'est pas un fonctionnement normal, c'est même très mauvais pour le matériel, il faut laisser les écrans êtres géré par Windows pour la mise en veille.
Sinon les DMP c'est bidons dans 99% des cas, d'ailleurs le rapport detecte Windows 10....

Sinon j'avais vu quelque part que je pouvais modifier les paramètres d'alimentation pour justement éviter la mise en veille de certains composants, ca avait bien amélioré le problème mais pas 100% du temps.

Alors avec ce calibre, il va falloir attendre les optimisations des drivers d'une part, d'autre part attention a l'alim, elle ont été mises à jours à cause des nouvelles cartes, il faut de préférence (car je ne dis pas que c'est ça) un modèle 2025 compatible ATX 3.1 et PCIexpress 5.1 (genre celle-là)
