Hello,

my remote control that came with my Thomson HDMI Peritel THD300 DVD player is not working, no light. Purchased only 48 hours ago.

If this is about the purchase of a new device.

Well, in that case, you should assert the warranty, I assume the batteries are new and that they are properly inserted with regard to the polarities.
