I don't understand why at all

    Check the address at the top of your browser's address bar.

    This email does not come from Facebook; it is a phishing attempt. You should throw this fake email in the trash and definitely not respond.

      thank you, I went to the link but I didn’t understand what I needed to do. So I changed my passwords on Facebook and Messenger. Is that enough?
