WsiAccount folder on PC: not a virus but a Windows tool

The "WsiAccount" folder is a legitimate and harmless Windows element. It is automatically created by the system for the "Web sign-in" mechanism, allowing you to log into Windows without using a password. It operates in the background using data provided by an identity provider and is activated only when using such a provider. You should not delete it as it may be useful for applications or services that utilize the "Web sign-in" in the background. Have you noticed any other strange folders or files on your computer recently?

Hello,
since the last update of Windows 11 (but is it really since then) I have some very strange "user" accounts!

Here are a few in the attachment! Sometimes

I have 9 of them!!!
Thank you if you can tell me where they come from!
