Hello,

I bought a laptop, FUNYET Duetbook, running Windows 11 Pro (22H2).

After upgrading to version 24H2, some devices are not installed.

I would like to find these drivers or a system image to reset this PC to its original Windows 11.

On touslesdrivers.com there are no drivers available!?

I solved my problem without IObit....

All you need to do is download a driver package from the site "kuu-tech.com", there are 2 links, DuteBook NY-01 and DuteBook NY-01 driver... you need to download "DuteBook NY-01"

https://kuu-tech.com/it/pages/faq-support

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11coY6bWeyJHvO3uUTy8AvoRCvB0_Ws7z

(Note: DuteBook instead of DuetBook!? but we don't care since it works! ;op)

Sometimes a message tells us that the download quota has been exceeded, in which case you need to try again later....

Well spotted, using the manufacturer's drivers is the best thing to do, but it can be more technical, like here, than installing a "ready-to-use" tool ;-)

Hello

The seller I contacted yesterday on Amazon replied to me and sent me a link to download the drivers, a link I already knew, but it shows that the seller is responsive!

For updates to these drivers, you can find them on Intel® Driver & Support Assistant

In any case, this little laptop is really worth it; for the price, we’re not getting ripped off!

Sure, it’s not a gaming PC, but for everyday tasks and casual games, it gets the job done.

The plastic quality isn't great either, but given its price, we won’t nitpick!

The specs are quite nice! Even the CPU has 4 "real" cores, the frequency is a bit low, but for office work, it's sufficient.

Does the QWERTY keyboard bother you too much?

The repairability index suggests that everything is replaceable (RAM, SSD, network card, screen, etc.). If that is really the case, it's a great deal.

Be careful, the Amazon reviews are not all unanimous on the quality.

Reviews should be taken with a grain of salt!

I've even read reviews from people who plugged the power supply into the right side when the headphone jack is on the right side!

As for me, I am fully satisfied with my purchase, I've definitely got my money's worth, I even regret not having gone for the model with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD (M.2), for just €50 more!

The PC comes with "membranes" to place on the keyboard to switch it to AZERTY, it's not a problem.

And it opens to 180°

Well seen. For me, it would be a no-go, too used to backlit keyboards where these stickers can't be a solution ;-)

But given the specs for the price, I can only validate the purchase. Keep me posted if this kind of laptop turns out to be easy to upgrade or even maintain (dust, fan, pads, and thermal paste), I'm interested and it will provide better laptop advice to the askers!

Hi,

Unfortunately, allosdrivers.com stopped in 2016.

For driver updates, I use Driver Booster (link), which must be installed in "advanced" mode by strictly unchecking everything it suggests to install with it. The free version works very well but is invasive and requires a complete uninstallation (link) after use (once verified that there are no remaining drivers to install after reboot).

Feel free to ask before any action if in doubt; I've turned on email notifications for this conversation ;-)

Keep me updated

For the upgrade, it must not be easy, because under the PC there is only a small hatch, which I haven't opened (2 screws), but it would only allow access to the clock battery and the battery.

In fact, under this small hatch we find the M.2 SSD, the battery must be underneath!?

I have no idea; maybe you need to disassemble much further to find it. At the very least, I prefer to have easier access to the SSD than to it ;-)

Hello

I said that the finish didn't look great, but actually it's because there's a plastic film over the entire PC. I didn't notice it when I unpacked it!

It's tough getting old ;op
