Marriage leave for nurses working 12-hour shifts

Hello,

I am reaching out to you because I am getting married in August 2025 and my employer is not clear about my rights regarding leave for this event.

I work alternating day/night shifts, only on 12-hour schedules.

How many days am I entitled to? Am I allowed to request these days on a weekend?

The circulars and labor code do not specify the rules regarding shifted hours...
