My amazon chat is stuck

Since yesterday, my Amazon chat is stuck and it gives me an error message: "There was a problem with the chat" and it offers to call me back. Has anyone had this problem and resolved it? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    Clear your browser's cookies and cache and try using the chat again. If the problem persists, disable your extensions or switch to private browsing mode. Otherwise, try accessing it with a different browser.

      The problem lies with my account because when I try on the same search engine on the same PC (and on other devices) but with a different account, it works; there is an issue only with my account...

        I think your access to the chat has been temporarily restricted for your account. Perhaps you are using the chat too often? I suggest you try again in a few days. In the meantime, you can contact Amazon via email or phone. And if the chat remains blocked, let them know about the issue.

      same problem for me a return of a 3S LiPo battery (radio-controlled car) new, received semi-open, returns requested but the drop-off point refused it because they say the shipment is dangerous since it is semi-open and what is the risk of explosion it’s not huge since the amount is 30 €, but still 30 € then personally even at my place I don’t want to keep it too long currently stored in the garage in two Liposafe bags one inside the other
