since yesterday I want to connect to my Ciel Auto Entrepreneur software and it tells me there is no contract

I don't understand, thank you for your help

    Your software may no longer recognize your contract for several reasons: subscription expiration, licensing issue, or a temporary bug. I recommend checking if your subscription is still active and trying to reactivate it through your client account. If the problem persists, a reinstallation of the software or contacting Ciel's technical support may be necessary.
