Prob 4 G of a CTronics camera to Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro

Hello,

I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro smartphone from 2023. I installed an outdoor camera from CTronics, as well as the app for its management. Everything works fine, but only on wifi. There's no reception on 4G, and I should note that other cameras from different brands and apps work perfectly on 4G with this phone. I transferred my SIM card to another smartphone, and it works well. I tried to change the APN, but without success. I’m concluding that there might be an incompatibility between the smartphone model and the CTronics camera. Perhaps another possibility could be the Xiaomi updates. What do you think? Thank you.
