Sennheiser RR4200 Headset - Worn-Out Battery?

My Sennheiser TR4200 headset is no longer working; it keeps beeping non-stop, I think the battery needs to be replaced... Can someone explain to me how to proceed? I no longer have my manual. Thank you in advance.

    What kind of beeps? Are you sure the transmitter is powered (green light on)

    How is the charging control LED on the headset?

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
