USB-Explorer Virus

Hello,
I have a problem with my hard drive that has been infected by a virus called "USB-Explorer.exe." This is an application that you must enter in order to access your files, and unfortunately, accessing them requires going through a large number of unnecessary parent folders.
This application seems to work like the more popular virus known as "USB Driver.exe," but the methods used for USB Driver don't work the same way as for USB-Explorer. I've tried formatting several times, but it hasn't worked; what can I do?
Thank you for helping me, please.

Hello @TheDiglo StatutMembre.
Your sentences are a typical copy/paste from fake disinfection blogs, stop researching on those crappy sites, they offer fake disinfection software solutions that only make things worse.
You would have been better off just saying "I think my external hard drive is infected."
This type of USB infection is hardly present anymore except in Africa, it spreads through infected USB devices, so be careful before connecting a USB stick or an external hard drive from a friend or acquaintance to your PC.
DISINFECTION.
To disinfect your PC and your infected USB devices (USB stick or external hard drive), connect them to your PC.
Download KVRT to learn how to use it see this page in the paragraph "Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (KVRT)".
Make sure to check the letters of the infected USB sticks and external hard drives in all volumes.
CHECK AND LET ME KNOW IF YOUR PROBLEM STILL EXISTS.
