If it's the dollar symbol, it is present on the AZERTY keyboard, usually on the right side.

You can also obtain it with the key combination Alt + 36 (type the numbers on the numeric keypad).

If this is not what you want, reply by attaching a drawing of what you desire.

It's the dollar symbol used on Mac keyboards. I don't know how to recover it for Windows.
