Compatible cartridge

Hello,

I installed a compatible cartridge in my Hp printer, but it is not recognized.

What should I do?

    Hello

    Two things to know about compatible cartridges and their use:

    1 If the printer's firmware has been updated since its release, it is no longer possible to use generic cartridges.

    2 It is advisable to change the complete set; mixing a compatible cartridge with original cartridges often jams the printer.

      I don't have an HP printer, so I haven't tried it. It would be great to indicate whether this solution is currently working.
