One of the 1fichier servers down?

some files are not loading:

Under Synology Download Station: the file name appears and an error message follows (timeout), under JDownloader: the file is shown as available and "in progress" ... indefinitely in direct download (Chrome), we get a message that e-14.1fichier.com is inaccessible?

Note: we can do a remote and have another address, the problem recurs! (yet it is not a redirection since if the file from the original address is deleted, it is still available under the new one)

with the indication of this e-14.1fichier.com: does this mean that the data of a file is on one server and the file itself on another? is the latter down?

Good evening,

1Fichier is working fine, though. I tried the download again, no problem. Are you using Fiber connection?

Forget about JDownloader, it's become unreliable. I've given up on it.

It concerns certain files, this one: whether on the net, it doesn't work, then I retrieved it with another host and uploaded it for testing via FTP
/?rm99nl8asuxrhxbxf23m

but it doesn't start even though I just sent it!
the worst part is that it seems random: I just tried another one and it worked??!! (the loading starts)

Reminder: there is no way to recover these files, I wrote it up there: not with jdownloader, which is actually very good, but not with the Synology utility either and especially, directly with a browser: we get an error of this type:

Chrome
This site is unreachable
a-14.1fichier.com took too long to respond.
Firefox
The connection timed out
An error occurred while connecting to a-14.1fichier.com.

With the utilities, it waits indefinitely, even for hours after, nothing happens.

PS I think I've tried everything: on several connections, ADSL, fiber, changed DNS, went through a VPN, tried to download with the upload IP, changed browsers etc etc and nothing works! It’s internal to 1fichier in my opinion, but what? if it was a server (a-14?) why does the upload work? the remote works! But the generated links just give the file name at best, it shows the present file, it doesn't say that it is protected or anything, but nothing starts.

I think it's indeed a server problem that can accept uploads but refuses downloads; I sent them a ticket yesterday... shall we wait for them to read it? Because if no one reports or complains (I looked, apparently no one has complained so far)

when not logged in, we get a page or a box that gives the real download link (otherwise, it’s transparent, unless there's an error) and it’s of the type:

a-xx.1fichier.com/ref

well, I tried a link that works and I have
a-4.1.fichier.com...
whereas what doesn't work is always
a-14.1fichier.com...
it's not interchangeable obviously and unfortunately.

Hello,

Do you have a plugin that might...
