Facebook account suspended for no reason

Hello everyone,

For the past two days, my Facebook account has been suspended supposedly for not following the rules, which is completely false as I have always complied. When I try to log in to Facebook, I get a message telling me to connect to Instagram to appeal, but the two links that Meta sent me through Instagram to appeal don't work at all! I don't know what to do anymore since this is my professional Facebook account and it's linked to my work, so what do I do while it's blocked??? Thank you all.

    Hello.

    There are thousands of similar questions on the forum; it's enough to read them to realize that there is no miracle solution. Therefore, discuss this with, and only with, Facebook, since only they and no one else can solve this problem.

    Hello, yes I do think that only Facebook can solve this, but how can I contact them??? Since I can't log in and it's prompting me to reach out on Instagram, and the links that Meta sends me on Instagram don't work??? Thank you

      For regular users outside of the online forms, there is no way to contact Facebook; according to all the examples on the forum, this often results in the loss of the Facebook account.
