Hello, I have a problem that affects my iPhone but also my wife's I suppose so I guess it’s our fault. We receive communications inaudibly in listening mode and we have to put it on speaker to hear (no! we are not deaf!!!)

    We do not know which iPhone model you and your wife have, but you should try the toothpick in the small holes located on both sides between the input of the power supply.

    Carefully rotate it in each small hole and then see.
