Problem page "get personalized Windows offers"

Hello, after a Windows update, upon restarting and accessing my account, a page "get personalized offers from Windows" appears and asks me to make a choice and validate it. The problem is, no matter which choice is validated, a page "an error occurred, you can try again."

OOBESETTINGMULTIPAGE"

It's impossible to get past this step and access my account to use my PC. If anyone has advice/solutions, I would be very grateful.

    No, it's fine, I managed to do it; I just had to press Shift F10 to access the task manager and close the page. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hello,

    use the TAB key (to the left of the letter A) to choose Yes / No and the Enter key on the keyboard to confirm, then if that doesn't work, force a shutdown (press and hold the power button for 10 seconds) and restart, it should be better.

    Hello,

    The same problem for my friend. She uses the shortcut to open the task manager, but it appears behind the Windows window and even with alt+tab it’s impossible to open it....

      I can no longer do anything. The image "get personalized offers from Windows" appears with a blue and green logo. I can't do anything with my computer. Thank you for your help in restoring it.

    open the Start menu with the Windows key, open Settings, select "Privacy" and disable the option "Get ...."
