Hello,
As the title of this message indicates, I have a problem with my "Page Up" and "Page Down" keys.
I am using a laptop, and when I open an internet window and press Page Down, it doesn't work. The only way to make it work is to select a word and then use Page Down to scroll down.
I have already enabled and disabled "Scroll Lock" and "Num Lock", but nothing changes.

Caret browsing must be enabled on this instance of Firefox. This allows you to select text on the web page using the keyboard keys instead of the mouse.
However, this means that the navigation keys act relative to the currently selected block of text (i.e. the one containing the famous "caret"), and no longer the entire page. The page up/down effect therefore depends on the last place where you clicked with the mouse.
Simply press F7 to enter/exit this mode.
For your information, this mode is called "caret browsing" in English.
