    Hello,

    What video format?

To my knowledge, the AVI format is not supported. Is that the case?

The photo of the label is perfectly blurry. The intention was good, but there's nothing we can do with it.

    Hello,

If I decipher your label correctly, it seems that above the top barcode it says 32PFL9613D.

If this is the case, this television is too old to decode HD.

This television can only function with an HD decoder or a connected TV box through one of its HDMI inputs.

I have no idea at all, I've tried all the formats that were in the settings and none of them work. I'm not very familiar with it, it's a flat screen but it must be one of the first flat screens because it's quite thick and heavy like a TV.

It is indeed a 32PFL9613D and as mentioned earlier (message#2) incompatible with HD TNT.
