V380 Pro Webcam Disconnected

Hello,
I had a little mishap yesterday with one of my two V380 pro security cameras. In fact, each of them is on a different Wi-Fi network. The older one, which has been working without any issues for years, has become unavailable due to problems with the Wi-Fi it was connected to, completely independent of the webcam. It is recognized by V380 pro. If I delete it from V380 pro and try to add it again, it is detected and reinstalled properly, but when I try to activate it, I always get the same message "username or password error" with "admin" as the username and the "password" field to fill in. I’ve tried several passwords including "123456" which could be the default password, but none work. If I click on "forgot password," a message tells me to do a manual reinstall. Unfortunately, it seems that to do this, I need to reset the webcam to factory settings by pressing a button for 10 seconds that I can’t find.
I think the only solution will be to buy a new V380 pro webcam if I can't find a solution to the problem.
But maybe someone has an idea?
Have a nice day.
Best regards.
Didier

Hello,
V380 pro is the name of the app on your smartphone, not the brand name of the camera. Anyway, try using the direct wifi, which has no internet; it is local and can reach up to 300 meters.
Hello and thank you for the quick response. Yes, I have known for a long time that V380 pro is the name of the app that manages the webcams, but I wanted to keep it short.
As for this webcam, I have no way to configure it, I can only delete and reinstall it, returning to the same blockage. Apparently, what is being requested does not concern my wifi connection, I don't see what the "admin" user is doing here.
The wifi setup, if I remember correctly, is done at the time of installation when I choose the wifi by entering the wifi password. However, regarding this webcam, I can't do anything, can't configure anything. The other webcam on a different wifi works perfectly fine.
The settings in the V380 program offer me no apparent solution.
I will keep looking.
Thanks again and have a good afternoon.
Didier.
Hello.
Well, to wrap up this little discussion, I searched through the jumble of passwords that I write a bit haphazardly in a notebook, and I finally found a password that might correspond to my issue. I entered it and, miracle of miracles, the webcam appeared clearly on my screen, well connected to the original wifi. Why had this password "jumped"? It's obviously related to the problems I had with this wifi, but as far as the camera and the V380 program are concerned, the wifi settings had been retained. A little computer mystery.
Have a nice day.

Thank you for the little message of encouragement. Yes, I am also very happy. I had forgotten that I had set a specific password for this webcam, so many years ago. Fortunately, I have this little habit of writing down almost everything in a notebook, even if it’s a bit chaotic.
Have a good afternoon.
