MAC Address Verification for Orange 5G Box

Hello

I just installed the Orange 5 G+ Home BOX known as "FLYBOX". I have access to the Internet and have connected my SAMSUNG GALAXY S10 and my computer to the WIFI.

But I also have an EPSON ET-2856 printer and that's where the problem lies: when I try to connect it to the WIFI, the printer properly recognizes the SSID. I entered the password and the result of the connection is: "MAC address filtering check FAILED."

So far, I haven't received a response from Orange’s customer service. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Hello,

I think the problem is with the printer, not the box; there must be something you're doing wrong. Are you confusing the Wi-Fi from the box with the direct Wi-Fi from the printer? Can you try to connect via WPS on the Flybox?

Otherwise, to find the MAC address of your Flybox, just type the command arp -a on the PC and you will see the IP address of the box as well as its MAC address.

And there you go, there you have it....

But for goodness' sake, those line breaks are so annoying!!
