Transfer from my redmi note 10 to redmi note 13

Hello,

I would like to transfer all the data from my Redmi Note 10 to the Redmi Note 13.

Considering that I need to use the SIM card from the old phone for the new one, what is the procedure to accomplish this?

    Hello,

    You have to stick to the basics:

    1/ all important data should already be backed up outside the mobile: cloud account, PC, tablet, USB stick, it's essential.

    2/ the Google account normally keeps most things, by reconfiguring the account on the other one, it should be reinstalled.

    All of this is basic, not just for changing smartphones, we don't always change voluntarily.

    And there you go....

    But goodness, those line breaks are so annoying!!

      If it's a matter of replacing one phone with another and even duplicating it, applications included, you're probably better off with the in-house cloning app if it's compatible on both sides.

      Some applications like WhatsApp may not transfer, where you need to restore from your Google account or alternatively create the WhatsApp directory on the new phone and copy the Backups file from the old one before installation.

      Applications from the old phone that are not compatible with the new Android version will become unusable on the new phone and will need to be deleted.

        Thank you, my apps have installed properly, but for example on Stocard where I had all my loyalty cards saved, now I have nothing, is that normal, as well as the Mon Leclerc app, ...?
