Connection sharing issue with Redmi Note 11

Hello,

I just bought a Redmi Note 11. I would like to connect to the internet using my computer through tethering. I have done the setup. The Wi-Fi works, I am connected, the signal is excellent, and yet the internet does not work. Does anyone know the solution? Thanks in advance!

    Hello

    Check if the hotspot works with another device: a tablet or another smartphone.

    In the hotspot settings, set the transmission to 2.4 GHz. It's not great for speed, but it's worth a try.

    It's probably under Mobile hotspot => Details => Configure (or something similar).

    Thank you for your response. Yes, the connection works on my iPad. I have already set it up on 2.4 GHz, but it doesn't work on my Windows 10 computer. However, it clearly says that I am connected to the Internet.
