Incomplete Nvidia Control Panel

Hello, I know this topic has been addressed several times, but it seems to me that there are many case-by-case instances and I have tried many solutions and am starting to go in circles. My Nvidia control panel is incomplete and missing the "display" and "video" tabs.
I have a GTX 1050 Max Q-Design on an Asus Zenbook UX563FD and the computer has an integrated graphics chip. I have indeed reinstalled the latest version of the driver by going directly to the Nvidia site and then to another driver site. I have version 566.14 win11x64 for my dedicated graphics card. I thought I had to go into the Intel graphics configurations to switch to "desktop" mode, but I can't seem to find it.

Hello,
Were the "Display" and "Video" tabs present in the NVIDIA Control Panel before the update?
Is the NVIDIA Control Panel installation from the Microsoft Store?
If so, maybe try reinstalling it.

If so, perform a system restore and choose a date prior to the issue.
Windows + R
Type --> rstrui.exe and OK. -

Hello xMattou, kaneagle
You need to be careful with the drivers provided by Nvidia for laptops, they are not necessarily optimized for what is integrated into the PC, the context is not the same as with a dedicated card, and Nvidia even issues a warning about this.
It is preferable to install the driver developed by the PC manufacturer, in this case Asus, you will find all the drivers here: UX563FD - Support
The one you need is the "Graphics" https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/Image/Driver/Graphics/27194/Graphic_DCH_NVIDIA_Z_V30.0.15.1169_27194.exe?model=UX563FD
