Dictatorship of an app that has become too big Snap!

Hello, I was making a short video clip on my TV in the evening and in a corner, you could quickly see a pack of Doliprane, even with a prescription, they banned my phone from the app! It's radical, even if I sell my phone, the person won't be able to install Snap on it, the reason is ridiculous! I know accounts that are still selling real drugs, I had Snap before it came out in France, and now they permanently blocked me and I'm losing all my memories for 3 Doliprane tablets! We're talking about paracetamol, not crack! A temporary ban is fine, but permanently is too much, especially since it was just the day I had bought the new iPhone 16. I'm used to bad luck. Does anyone have an idea on how to get around this ban? Thanks

Hello @chuky-chuk StatutMembre.

The only solution is to send a request to Snapchat https://help.snapchat.com/hc/fr-fr/requests.

Hello,

Just passing through, and if it's the medication without its secondary packaging (box), it's called a blister, not a tablet, and although I'm not an expert on the matter, I don't know of any drug with industrial packaging.

We don't know the context surrounding the object of the offense, but I don't see in the "community regulation" of this kind any rule that would prohibit us from seeing it by chance in the frame as long as it doesn't constitute promotion, claims about the product in question, or a controversy regarding its manufacturer.
