Microphone icon on WhatsApp disappeared

Hello!

On my Samsung Galaxy S21, in Whatsapp, the microphone icon, which used to be in the bar above the keyboard for voice input of text messages, has disappeared from my phone. How can I get it to reappear?

Hello,

Try clearing the WhatsApp cache:

  • Settings
  • Select Storage
  • Tap on "Clear Cache"
  • Confirm by tapping "Clear" again
