Hello,

My KoBo e-reader does not recognize my Wi-Fi network; I need to reset it but it’s impossible without Wi-Fi; what should I do? Thank you for your help,

Hello,

I hope that by now you have resolved your issue, but just in case ...

I had to reset my e-reader just yesterday, and without a direct Wi-Fi connection. I followed the procedure that Kobo explains here in the last part of the page: https://help.kobo.com/hc/fr/articles/360045168633-Configurez-votre-liseuse-à-l-aide-du-réseau-Wi-Fi-ou-de-votre-ordinateur
