Instagram verification SMS blocked.

Instagram account: deactivated on Sunday (intentionally). On Wednesday I log in: correct username and password directly, EXCEPT that my access is blocked while waiting for a code received by SMS: I do not receive this code!

I have already:.

Phone turned off 3 times

Uninstalled and reinstalled Insta 3 times, cache cleared, app data deleted,

Took out and put back my SIM + put it in another phone

Thanks to Facebook which is linked, I changed the number associated with the "verification services", I put in someone else's number, so I can see that the number to receive the SMS has changed: I send the SMS: STILL NOTHING!

Whether it's my number or another one (knowing that I successfully changed the data): absolutely nothing makes this SMS arrive.

And don't ask the question: NO it doesn't offer to receive the code by email otherwise that would be too easy ????

On the app it offers "try another way?" Except two-factor authentication: I never set up the codes beforehand so that's not possible, and the other is "use a video selfie to compare to the photos on the account" but when I select this option, the page that leads to the video step: keeps loading endlessly.

It offers a recovery method "phone call" which specifies ("no need to answer the call it can take up to 60 seconds to trigger") I click on it and a call is triggered, it appears in my call log but it serves strictly no purpose as it does not provide me with a code.
