Virus nokia 19 jpg pour super debutante!

Bonjour, je suis super extra débutante mais prête a faire autant d'efforts qu'il le faudra pour me débarrasser du virus nokia 19 jpg
je l'ai reçu avant hier en ouvrant msn avast m'a prevenu je pensait avoir fait ce qu'il fallait mais j'ai fait un scanner avast et il a mis en quarantaine un cheval de troie. ce matin j'ai pioché quelques infos ici j'ai desinstallé msn et réinstallé mais il semble toujours présent dans l'ordi au dire du 2 eme scanner
j'esper n'avoir pas fais de bétises!!
si quelqu'un a la patience de m'aider je vous remercie d'avance

bonsoir,

* Télécharge MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) sur ton bureau
http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip

* Dézippe-le en faisant un clic droit puis extraire ici.
* Double-clique sur MSNfix.bat.* Choisis l'option R. Si l'infection est détectée, il te suffit d'appuyer sur une touche du clavier. Un redémarrage du PC peut être demandé.
* Le rapport est enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNfix (date.txt). Copie-colle son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse.

ET

* Télécharge HijackThis et poste le rapport stp

hijackthis

* Lance un scan "do a system scan & save a logfile" puis copie colle le rapport généré ici

Il serait préférable que tu crées ton propre « topik » message personnel. Cela rendra le poste (ici) plus compréhensible, et nous pourrons traiter ton soucis avec plus d’efficacité.

je viens de lire attentivement tes conseils a propos de ce fameux virus nokia...ET MALHEUREUSEMENT JE suis moi aussi une debutante..

Marie j'ai fait le 1er programme en fait j'avais oublié je l'ai fais ce matin et là il me dit" infection n'a pas été detecté " faut il que je continue et installe hijackthis ?

C'est la rapport MsnFix que je voulais

Pourquoi tu as 2 anti virus ?

Avast + AVG 7 ==> source de conflits. Il faut impérativement que tu en supprimes un.

Eventuellement je te proposerai de les supprimer tous les 2, et de mettre ANTIVIR, qui aujourd'hui est plus performant pour les soucis d'MSN. AVG 7 n'est pas, à mon avis assez au top et Avast a pas mal de failles pour MSN.

Une fois que tu as fais tout ça, pour la protection de ton pc,

Télécharge sur ton bureau : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip
Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip et dans le menu déroulant, tu clics sur extrait tout ou extraire ici.
Cela va créer un dossier clean.
Double-clic sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers.
Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton clavier.
Clean va travailler.
Un rapport Va etre généré, colle le contenu entier ici.

(- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

Tu refais un Hitjakthis

pour ce qui est des antivirus et bien j'ai eu une pub pour un antivirus qui c'est installée dans l'ordi et qui a apparement desactivé avg . un ami est venu et il n'a pas réussi a l'enlever meme en mode sans echec et il a donc enlever avg petit bout par petit bout et il reste des dossier qu'il n arrive pas a enlever. j'ai donc installé avast . pourras tu, si tu as le temps bien sur m'expliquer comment enlever proprement avast . autre chose qu'est ce qu'un tuto?! oui je sais je suis pas douée !! je n'ai pas de jeu je vais installée zonz alarme es tu ok pour ça dis moi le mieux j'obeirai oh maîtresse vénérée !!!!! si si

Pour supprimer un logiciel il faut, généralement, passer par Ajout/Supp des programmes

(démarrer - panneau de configuration -- ajout/supp des programmes)

Donc en premier tu vérifier si tu as AVG 7, si OUI ==> tu le supprimes

Tu vérifies aussi si tu as Avast --> si oui tu le supprimes

Un complément pour supprimer Avast correctement sur ce lien :

Tu installes ANTIVIR comme indiqué ci dessus
Les tutos sont des démonstrations pour t'expliquer comment faire.

Commence par ça, ensuite nous verrons pour la suite.

Télécharge sur ton bureau : http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip
Une fois sur le bureau, tu fais un clic droit sur ton fichier clean.zip et dans le menu déroulant, tu clics sur extrait tout ou extraire ici.
Cela va créer un dossier clean.
Double-clic sur ce dossier clean, tu y trouveras dedans plusieurs fichiers.
Double-clic sur clean. Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 en appuyant sur la touche 1 de ton clavier.
Clean va travailler.
Un rapport Va etre généré, colle le contenu entier ici.

(- Où est le rapport clean ? : « Poste de travail » / double clic sur disque « C / » double-clic sur « rapport_clean.txt » et « copier/coller le contenu » sur le forum. )

OK supprime le

élécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaitre.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le scrïpt.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

Exécute le en choisissant l’option 1,
il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

J'aurai voulu avoir une réponse -- Merci


Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 ((Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5)).
dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter.
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !

Relance le programme Smitfraud,
Cette fois choisit l’option 2,
répond oui à tous ;
Sauvegarde le rapport,
Redémarre en mode normal,
Copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

pourquoi j'ai l'impression que marie est un ange?????? dans tout les topics c'est elle qui répond trop sympa !!!!!!merci parce que honnetment pour des débutant c'est trop balez de regler ce genre de pb!!!!!

alors moi j'ai fait msnfix ensuite il m'a dit que c'était infecté g supprimé les doc (en fait j'ai appuyer sur une touche comme on me le dmeander) et maintenant j'ai installé hijackthis mais pourrait tu s'il te plait interpreter les résultats pk moi honnentement je ne omprend absolument rien.......... sil te plait.... help me please..... thank you, merci ,tesekkur edrim, danke schon.....

bonjour marie désolée pour le temps avant de te repondre j'etais absente
j'ai bien enlever windows live toolbar
mais je n'ai pas trouve toolbar easy web print j'ai fait rechercher et il me dit qu'il n'y a rien
je m'attaque de ce pas à tes recommandation et t'envoie un rapport
mais on est samedi si tu veux lacher l'affaire pour aujourd'hui y a pas de souci je

Ca y'est j'ai fait ce que tu m'a dit
est ce normale que depuis je n'ai plus mon fond d'écran sur mon bureau et quand je
me connecte je reviens sur la page msn alors que j'avis installé google comme page d'accueuil
ce n'est pas un probleme je réinstalerai tout plus tard mais c'etait pour savoir si je n'avais pas fait une mauvaise manip
