Error: result_code_killed_bad_message on Google Chrome.

Unable to open a new tab in Google Chrome. I get "an error occurred while displaying the webpage" with the error code: "result_code_killed_bad_message"
I have applied all the suggested solutions to fix this issue, but nothing works. In fact, I do notice that the new tab attempts to display and crashes. Is there a way to test my new tab and modify it?
Any solution to resolve my issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance,

    I followed your advice by installing this software and now my Google Chrome application is working perfectly again. I sincerely thank you for your response that solved my problem; it’s very kind of you to help others.
