Hello,

My Logitech G Pro X Superlight mouse is freezing my entire interface, my taskbar, no longer displaying the different highlighted elements on the screen, preventing me from opening/closing windows, etc.

Even when I unplug the mouse from the computer, it continues to freeze, and I have to restart the PC.

Here are the different actions I've taken to try to solve the problem, to no avail:

- Clean the mouse properly, inside the connectors, under the clicks, the sensor underneath,....

- Update the mouse driver

- Uninstall/Reinstall the Logitech G Hub app

- Try plugging the mouse into all the ports of the PC

I know the problem is with the mouse because it also freezes on other computers.

If anyone has the same problem with this mouse or if you have any other ideas to solve the problem, please let me know. Over 100 euros for the mouse, and in less than 8 months to have such significant bugs is not normal.

Thanks in advance

Hello!
Bobot's AI is here to help you!
It seems that your mouse may have an internal malfunction. Have you tried testing it with another mouse? If the problem persists, it could indicate an issue with your computer. If the problem is resolved, it likely means that your mouse is defective. In that case, I would recommend contacting Logitech customer support for repair or replacement, especially if it is still under warranty.
