Hello,
I have a Logitech wireless optical mouse model M205 and the light on top is blinking red, so I assume the battery needs to be replaced, but I can't seem to get it open; I can't find any "trap" or battery compartment that opens.
If someone has already changed the battery in their M205 mouse, please let me know how to proceed.
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.2

thank you very much
you confirmed what I was thinking but I just didn't dare to break everything :)
the manipulation isn't easy in any case but I guess it's a matter of getting the hang of it
there's a black button, just below the red connection button, that you need to press while removing the top cover.

THANK YOU FOR THE EXPLANATION, it was useful to me too. In fact, when you press the black button located under the tail part of the mouse, that is to say opposite the LOGITECH logo, it causes the cover to eject; you need to try to slide this cover at the same time. The manual is poorly made from this perspective.
