67.5kHz / 60Hz cutoff
Solvedigloo -
Hello,
I bought a monitor (Acer KG 221) that I connected via DisplayPort to my graphics card (RX 6700 XT) and via HDMI to my monitor.
However, I found a monitor (LG W2043) that I connected via HDMI to my graphics card and with an adapter to VGA on my screen.
The problem is that when I plug in both monitors in "extend these displays" mode, the LG monitor indicates "cutoff 67.5kHz / 60Hz".
In "duplicate these displays" mode, the LG monitor also indicates "cutoff 67.5kHz / 60Hz".
But in "project on 1 screen" mode, the LG monitor works.
Thank you for your responses.

The message "cutoff 67.5kHz / 60Hz" indicates that the resolution or refresh rate you are trying to apply is outside the supported capabilities of your LG screen. Your graphics card is sending a signal that is too high for the LG screen to handle.
It might be helpful to manually adjust your graphics card settings so that the resolution and refresh rate are compatible with both screens. To do this, access your graphics card control panel and set the resolution and refresh rate to values that your LG screen can handle.
If that doesn't work, you can try updating your graphics card drivers or resetting your graphics card settings to their default values.
Hello
The difficulty comes from the fact that we are using 2 screens with significantly different specifications, and a global computing power to manage. Perfectly managing both in this situation would certainly require enormous power (and a fair amount of unused calculations).
As both screens need to display the same image, it is simply noted that the LG is not currently performing at its best, but both are functioning with this limitation given the available computing power.
If it is alone, all the power is dedicated solely to it and configured just for it. It can go further without limitations. (but the other screen does not work at all, the system does not need to worry about it and does not work for it in parallel)
