Hello, I have a problem, my phone displays REGISTER on the home screen and I am unable to make calls and certainly unable to receive them. Thank you for your help... It's a Boulanger T-11-SF essential.

    Hello,

maybe it has become unpaired from the database?

    Has it worked before?

And there you go, there you have it....

But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!

Yes, it has already worked and tried to associate it with its database.

Is the base properly connected to the electricity?

Yes, and the base is connected to the box.

      OK,

but I'm talking about the connection to the power supply, the 230v, via a power supply unit.

I don't know the exact procedure to pair with the base for this product, but you seem to be familiar with it.

If it doesn't work, it's either the base or the handset since you only have one, we can't know with another, that's broken, so off to the customer service of the bakery with all the stuff.

    Hello,

As a first approach, I invite you to:

    • Completely unplug the base (power supply and telephone cable).
    • Remove the batteries from the handset.
    • Then put everything back in place, starting with the base and finally the handset..
