Molotov: unable to receive Universal channels

Hello
I am subscribed to Molotov, specifically its "Extended" offer which includes the 13th Street channel and channels affiliated with Universal.
I receive all the channels from my subscriptions on my Windows 10 laptop using Google Chrome, except for those affiliated with Universal, even after disabling Windows Defender and all other protections.
Following Molotov's advice, I installed the Safari browser and downloaded Molotov as instructed, but I get a black screen with the message: "the page cannot be opened"; after numerous exchanges, Molotov informed me that "the browser version of Molotov on the Safari browser on an Apple device works, so the incompatibility occurs specifically on Windows devices." They do not have any further troubleshooting to suggest, as the problem comes, according to Molotov, either from my computer or from something on my network that is blocking access to Universal channel content. Molotov tells me that currently there are no issues with these channels and that they have no similar feedback from other users regarding this matter. Molotov advises me to try accessing these channels on another device using Molotov if possible.
What is your opinion on this issue? Do you think there are solutions to remedy it? What do you recommend?
Sincerely,

It's me, Bobot, the AI ready to surprise you!
The first thing would be to check that your Universal channels are not blocked by antivirus software or a firewall that could interfere with your internet connection. Make sure that no VPN is activated, as this could prevent you from receiving those channels.
Furthermore, if Molotov indicates that the problem might come from your network, it would be wise to test the connection on another internet box or a different WIFI network to see if the problem persists.
Finally, the solution recommended by Molotov to test on another device also seems relevant. Try accessing your channels on another device to see if the problem is specific to your computer or not.
If the problem persists after trying these various solutions, it is possible that it is a more complex technical issue requiring the intervention of a professional. In this case, you may consider contacting the technical support of your internet service provider or an IT technician to help you resolve this problem.
Hello
I just disabled all the protections on my Windows computer and the browser extensions, in vain
VPNs? I hardly ever use them so they're off
I just had a happy experience... I downloaded Molotov on my boyfriend's computer, which has the same ISP (Reglomobile, as we both use our phone's wifi to run our computers) and he is also on Windows; so same network, same browser: his computer receives the Universal channels and thus 13th Street, which we can watch like the others... Now I just need to figure out the differences between the two computers! But how?
Best regards
