Hello,

The Silvercrest 3-in-1 Bluetooth headphones from Lidl are not working!

I bought 2 packs and the second one won't connect to my phone via Bluetooth either.

How can I get a refund from my Lidl store in Oloron-Sainte-Marie?

Thank you for your help.

It's crap, it doesn't work either..

Impossible to connect them either

If you are still on site (I imagine you’re not…), the easiest thing is to go back to the store in question.

Items purchased at the supermarket:
