Hello,
The Silvercrest 3-in-1 Bluetooth headphones from Lidl are not working!
I bought 2 packs and the second one won't connect to my phone via Bluetooth either.
How can I get a refund from my Lidl store in Oloron-Sainte-Marie?

If you are still on site (I imagine you’re not…), the easiest thing is to go back to the store in question.
Items purchased at the supermarket:
All items purchased at the supermarket can also be returned within 30 days. Regardless of which supermarket the item was purchased from, you will be immediately refunded upon presentation of the receipt.
