Hello, I bought the Silvercrest STWSK 3 A1 from Lidl, but I can't connect them to my phone.

The charging LEDs on the case and the earphones light up fine, but the earbuds don't turn on when I take them out of the case or when I hold down the button. I exchanged them in the store, but I'm having the same issue with the ones I have now.

I don't know if pairing should be done in a different way? If anyone has managed to connect them?

Thank you in advance for

your help

Yes, it's crap, they lasted two weeks and I was really satisfied, and then suddenly without knowing why the earbuds emit a sound every 5 minutes, the same sound to tell you they're out of battery, anyway... it worked so well at the beginning and in fact, no....

Hello!

To pair the Silvercrest STWSK 3 A1 earbuds, you need to follow a few steps. First, make sure the earbuds are fully charged. Then, take them out of the charging case and wait a few seconds; they should turn on automatically.

If not, you can try forcing them to turn on by pressing and holding the button on each earbud until the LEDs flash. Once the earbuds are on, you should see the device "STWSK 3 A1" appear in the list of available Bluetooth devices on your phone.

If despite these instructions the pairing still doesn't work, it may be that your phone has a compatibility issue with these earbuds or that the earbuds have a manufacturing defect. In that case, I recommend contacting the customer service of the store where you purchased the earbuds or checking the Silvercrest website for further assistance.
