White screen not displaying anything Panasonic KX TGK220FR

Hello

I have a problem with my Panasonic KX TGK220FR landline phone. The screen is white. It no longer displays anything.

      Despite this screen issue, does the phone work? In both directions?

      To try: Unplug the power adapter from the base to reset the device, then turn off the handset and remove the batteries. Plug the power adapter back in, reinsert the batteries, turn the handset back on, and try again.

    Hello,

    The handset has been turned off ===> a long press on the "Hang up" button turns it on or off.

    The batteries are dead ===> to be replaced

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
